The Just Poker app icon: four bright playing cards, fanned out.

  2. 2 Read out the PINFour digits. Everyone else taps Join and types it in — up to eight of you.
  3. 3 DealNo-limit Hold’em. Latecomers can sit down mid-game and get dealt in on the next hand.

Questions

How many can play?

Two to eight. One of you hosts, and the table stays up as long as they’re in it.

Is there real money in it?

No. The chips are free and there’s nothing to buy — it’s for the bragging rights.

Do I need an account?

No. Guests play straight away. An account is worth having if you want your statistics to follow you to a new phone, or you’d like a way back in if you lose it — and whatever you’ve played as a guest comes across when you sign up.

I’ve forgotten my password.

Tap Forgot your password? on the sign-in screen. A six-digit code arrives by email and lasts fifteen minutes. Setting a new one signs out any other phone you were signed in on.

The code hasn’t arrived.

Check spam first. If it’s not there, that address may not have an account on it — we give the same answer either way on purpose, so the app can’t be used to find out who’s registered. Write to us and we’ll look.

How do I delete my account?

Profile → the gear → Delete Account. It asks for your password, then removes the account and everything counted against it. Guests have nothing to delete — none of it ever left the phone.

Which phones?

iPhone, held upright. No iPad or Mac version.
