No. Guests play straight away. An account is worth having if you want your statistics to follow you to a new phone, or you’d like a way back in if you lose it — and whatever you’ve played as a guest comes across when you sign up.
Tap Forgot your password? on the sign-in screen. A six-digit code arrives by email and lasts fifteen minutes. Setting a new one signs out any other phone you were signed in on.
Check spam first. If it’s not there, that address may not have an account on it — we give the same answer either way on purpose, so the app can’t be used to find out who’s registered. Write to us and we’ll look.
Profile → the gear → Delete Account. It asks for your password, then removes the account and everything counted against it. Guests have nothing to delete — none of it ever left the phone.
